Come experience authentic but modern Indian cuisine at the Domaine de Manville!
Our Chef Matthew Dupuis-Baumal invites well known Chef Sanjee to the Domaine to create with Chef Matthieu an Indian experience sampling her inventive and modern Indian kitchen is also an invitation to travel to the far corners of India.
Sandra Salmandjee, aka Chief Sanjee, has understood the palets of French people and used this understanding to create her amazing   specialities from the country that resembles to her. Everything is just smiles and delights, colours and sharing and of course the famous indian gastronomy. 
She handles the spices as a poet handles his verses; coriander, ginger, turmeric has no secrets for her. 
The recipes in her family have been passed down from grandmother to mother and father to daughter with a pinch of French cooking, an inspiration from Madagascar where her parents grew up and especially a large bowl of exoticism from Bollywood that comes from their ancestors.

During those evenings, the Chiefs will guest you to discover their creative and gourmet universe from different products.
