Our traditional brunch takes its final bow, making way for The Grand Sunday Lunch, a new dining experience that is even more indulgent, more refined, and as generous as ever. A delightful new way to celebrate Sundays, gathered around a beautiful table, embracing the spirit of sharing and togetherness that makes Manville so special. Beneath our magnificent glass conservatory or, during the warmer months, on our beautiful jasmine-shaded terrace, Sundays unfold with the seasons in an enchanting setting where the true essence of Provençal art de vivre comes to life.
A new Sunday dining experience at €110 per person, including a welcome glass of Champagne and one bottle of wine for two guests, or €135 per person with one bottle of Champagne for two. Water and hot beverages are included in both options.
Les Beaux Dimanches
A celebration of beautiful gatherings, indulgent flavours, and those precious moments you wish would last a little longer. The experience begins with a glass of Champagne, followed by a trio of seasonal starters designed for sharing. Then comes the pleasure of choosing between fish, meat or grilled lobster, generously served at the centre of the table alongside an array of delicious accompaniments and a selection of artisan breads. A carefully curated selection of cheeses continues this culinary journey, before giving way to an irresistible sweet finale: a live dessert station inspired by the seasons, featuring ice creams, fresh fruit carpaccios, savarins carved to order, and other delightful creations. Beautifully crafted cuisine, thoughtfully selected ingredients, the pleasure of sharing, and above all, the simple luxury of taking your time.
